As part of an ongoing succession plan, Mr. McDonald has chosen to commence a partnership with Mark E. Simon. Mark is a lawyer who previously practiced in Waterloo, Ontario and London, Ontario at medium-size full practice law firms. Having decided to make Stratford his home, Mark has developed his practice to focus on the areas of Business Law, Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates Law.
Mark will be working closely with Mr. McDonald to assist with ongoing matters at the firm, and create a transition process to take over firm management as Mr. McDonald looks towards retirement.
